During the recipient’s business hours for fastest attention. If it’s urgent, send now and follow up by phone or email.
Why do international faxes fail?

Do I keep the leading zero in European area codes?
Usually no (UK 020 → +44 20). A common exception is Italy, where the 0 is often kept (+39 06 …).
